RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

All of our products here at Dee J's Candle Co. are carefully examined before they are shipped. Used candles cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. If the scent is not what you expected, THIS IS NOT eligible for return.  Please read all product descriptions before ordering. 

We will replace or refund products that are damaged during shipment if photo proof of the damage is submitted to us within (7) seven days of receipt of product. All returns must be in new and unused condition and returned in the original packaging. You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within (14) fourteen days of purchase.

To return an item, please email us at deejscandleco@gmail.com to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once you receive the RMA, place securely in original packaging. Mail to:

The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost on all return items. Using a trackable method to return products is highly recommended.

After returned items are received, the condition of returned items will be thoroughly inspected. After inspection of items and if approved, we will process requested refund. Please allow (7) business days from receipt of items to process approved returns. You will be notified through email when return has been processed.
